liz
Liz attended Cape Cod Community College as a Liberal Arts Major. After managing various restaurants and a country club, she changed professions to teaching. After five years of teaching middle school Science, Math, and English, she relocated in 2004 to Central Florida to be closer to her family. Here, she was employed as a cake decorator until Dr. Fink, who had known "Little Lizzy" for many years, enlisted her managerial skills to benefit the practice, when it opened in 2006. She handles the bookeeping, payroll, benefits, staff scheduling, office supplies, and a million other tasks which allow Dr. Fink to spend more time being a veterinarian and less time doing (ugh!) paperwork. Liz's son, Jacob, is 14, and a second baseman for the Ocoee Knights and her daughter, Olivia, is 6 and a very busy first grader! They have adopted a dog, Tobie and three legged cat, Morgan.
